What you’ll be doing:

  • As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll be Guardian’s eyes and ears to our ever-increasing customer base.
  • You’ll be processing and resolving a wide range of customer enquiries.
  • You’ll identify and understand our customer needs and provide a consistently high-quality service to enhance the customer experience and gain loyalty.

  • Ability to communicate effectively across multiple channels

What we’d like you to have:

  • Experience of working within a customer facing role either face to face or over the telephone
  • Experience of working within a financial service regulated environment.

Qualifications:

  • GCSE or equivalent min. English and Mathematics
