Job Title: Customer Support (Temporary)

Location: Fordingbridge, Hampshire

Salary: Range £18,700.00 to £22,000 per year

Job Type: Full-time, temporary 10-month contract with potential to extend

Working hours: 8:30am – 5pm Monday to Thursday, finish 4pm Fridays (37.75 hrs per week)

The role:

Based in Hampshire, Corintech is a world leader in the design and manufacture of advanced monitoring systems within the IoT (Internet-Of-Things) product arena and provides bespoke design and manufacturing services to other market-leading companies. Corintech is a successful and rapidly expanding company with offices in the UK, USA and Hong Kong.

Customer Support (Temporary)

This is a busy and varied role, working in a team, where you will be required to build relationships with customers and process orders. You must have an excellent telephone manner and a high attention to detail. Full-time, temporary, 10-month contract with potential to extend.

Main Duties:

  • Carry out administrative duties with high level accuracy such as order loading, amendments, quotes etc.
  • Manage customer accounts and be primary point of contact – liaise with and build up relationships with customers
  • Develop an understanding of the supply chain requirements and communicate customers’ needs to all departments to ensure customer needs are met
  • Maintain specific information regarding daily operations of the company and keep the client updated
  • Answering incoming telephone calls

Key requirements:

  • Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Ability to work actively within a team
  • Motivated and highly organised
  • Computer literate with experience in using Excel
  • Full training provided.

Due to the nature of the role we will not be offering any kind of relocation or immigration assistance to candidates. Our location is not served well by public transport, so the ability to commute using own transport is strongly recommended.
