Job Title: Data and Systems Administrator (HR)

Location: Hartpury, Gloucester GL19 3BE (Hybrid working)

Salary: £24,900

Job type: Full-time. Permanent. 37.5 hours per week.

About the Role:

  • Provide HR data and systems services covering the full range of employee life cycle activities.
  • Responsible for maintaining the quality of HR System data and for the preparation of timely, accurate and meaningful management information reports for key stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support for the maintenance and development of the HR system and online recruitment system.
  • Data entry, data cleansing, data import and export using a system tool, and data reconciliation to the HR system to ensure all data held is accurate and up to date as required.

About you:

  • Advanced Excel skills and statistical analysis.
  • Good attention to detail, analytical acumen, and business process knowledge.
  • Strong administration background.
  • Ideally educated to degree level, however proven experience of working at this level within a similar role will be considered.
  • Ability to analyse and present a wide range of data management
