Job Title: Database Coordinator

Location: Avonmouth

Salary: £23,000 per annum

Job type: Full Time

King Lifting is a recognised provider of crane hire to the construction industry and plant, machinery movement solutions from depots across the UK. We are a family-owned business and proud of our name and success within our industry.

Due to continued expansion within the business, we are now looking to recruit a Central Support Officer to be based at our Head Office. The ideal person will be proactive in their approach and flexible as we see this new role being central to our strategic development of administrative support for our remote depots. Full training & support will be made available.

The role:

  • Capturing key information from various digital copies
  • Liaising with number of depots to verify quality of data
  • Chasing paperwork from suppliers to enable accurate data entry
  • Resolving queries and discrepancies of information’s provided
  • Daily updates of various spreadsheets
  • General Admin support for Head Office Staff and depots

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in similar role will be beneficial but specific training will be provided
  • Computer literate with data entry experience or related office experience preferable
  • Microsoft office skills
  • Strong self-motivational skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Team player
  • Would suit someone with confidence, determination and ambition
