A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Drug Safety Executive to join our Drug Safety and Information Department on a permanent contract.
Role Overview
As a Drug Safety Executive at Wockhardt, you will be a key member of the team, working as a primary contact responsible for implementing and maintaining the Company’s Pharmacovigilance System Master File (PSMF). You will also ensure compliance with the Safety Data Exchange Agreements (SDEAs) and maintain the Company’s SDEA tracking system. The role will also include scheduling and executing internal and external audits. Assisting with other activities relating to the ongoing support of Department’s Pharmacovigilance Quality Management System will also be required.
What we’re looking for:
The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- A Degree in life sciences or pharmacy
- Pharmacovigilance experience
- Previous SDEA experience
- Auditing experience
- Writing and maintaining PSMF
- Advanced negotiation skills
- A clear understanding of European, international and local pharmacovigilance requirements including Good Pharmacovigilance Practices (GPvP)
- Organisational skills and the ability to assess priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy of report writing
- Computer literacy

You will be working from our Wrexham based site which is home to our MHRA approved sterile injectable manufacturing facility.
