Job Title: eBay Lister/Seller
Location: Guildford, Surrey, GU8 4PB
Salary: £23,000-£26,000
Job type: Full time, Permanent. Monday – Friday. This role will be based at our Storage Depot in Dunsfold.
About the Role:
The role involves tasks such as responding to all eBay enquiries by checking part numbers, using our software package, picking and preparing items for dispatch, re-stocking the warehouse and general day to day tasks to enable the smooth operation of our eBay store. An interest in cars and some previous knowledge of car parts would be an advantage.
About you:
- Previous eBay experience necessary
- An understanding of eBay deals and offers in relation to selling products
- Basic computer skills (excel, word, outlook)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated and able to work on their own or as part of a team
- Experience of using fork trucks or other lifting equipment would be an advantage
Main Responsibilities:
- Adding items to our eBay store
- Photographing and describing items correctly
- Dealing with all enquires – speaking to customers on the phone and by email
- Liaising with the accounts department
- Maintaining a high sellers rating
