Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out pre-con, including compiling of design technical sub-missions and working drawing mark-ups. Issuing of RFIs where required.
- Compiling of document schedules including, design release, technical submissions.
- Sole management of projects and may require the management of a large project and one smaller project.
- Carry out full running of the project, attending weekly meetings, workshops etc.
- Complete control and management of the procurement of the project and takeoffs
- Management of the workforce throughout the project, from birth to handover.
- Management of the H&S for the project.

The Candidate:
- Fully Qualified Electrician
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- GOLD Card Approved Electrician
- Ability to carry out tasks without close supervision
- Good verbal communication skills
- Good organisational and planning skills
- Ability to identify, prioritise and deal with issues
- Able to issue weekly progress reports
- Able to work with the commercial manager to compile and build variations to the contract
