Job Title: Electronic Monitoring Compliance Officer

Location: London

Salary: £26,250

Job Type: Full Time – Maternity Cover Contract between 9-12 months

Job Summary

The main purpose of this role is to ensure that Health Visions Electronic Monitoring policies and procedures are followed by all staff.

Key Accountabilities

  • Monitor the Electronic compliance of care staff to ensure that staff are logging in and out of each location according to Healthvision policies and procedures
  • Monitoring the Live View of activities and care notes to ensure care staff are recording their visits appropriately
  • Run daily and weekly reports to identify trends and patterns of Electronic Monitoring and to determine any not-completed activities
  • Contact care staff who are not following the policies and procedure correctly, referring any serious or repeat offenders to HR
  • Alert management to any serious breach of Health Visions Electronic Monitoring Policy
  • Other related activities may be assigned

Reporting Mechanism

There is the expectation that the Electronic Compliance Officer will immediately report serious issues to the Registered Manager and the Managing Director.

Working Relationships – Most common contacts:

  • Branch Manager
  • Care staff
  • Care Coordinators
  • External partners such as GPs, Social Services, Service User next of kin

Position Requirements

  • Must be organised and take a methodical approach to tasks
  • Have attention to detail
  • Be a good communicator and be able to be firm with staff who are not following Healthvision policies and procedures
  • Be fully aware of all of Healthvision’s Electronic Monitoring policies and procedures
  • Works well as part of the team, represents and promotes Healthvision in a positive manner, takes pride in work and appearance, does the right thing, follows and inspires others to follow company policies and procedures
  • Is decisive and takes direct action within the bounds of their delegated authority
  • Is consistently punctual in their work attendance, if allocated a task, it will be completed fully

Candidates with the relevant experience or job titles of: Compliance Manager, Quality Development Manager, Quality Coordinator, Quality Supervisor, Quality Assurance, Quality Assurance Manager, QA Manager, Continuous Improvement, Improvement Manager, Quality Overseer, Compliance Officer, Compliance Manager, Company Compliance Manager, Staff Compliance Manager may also be considered for this role.
