Job Title: Finance Administrator

Location: Newbury

Salary: £20,000 – £25,000 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as a Finance Administrator.

About The Role:

We are looking for a Finance Administrator to join our Finance Team, working from our Newbury office.

You will have experience of administration and be passionate about partnering with other business functions to drive efficiencies.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone currently working as a Finance Administrator looking to develop their skills and experience or someone with no Finance experience but keen to kickstart a career in Finance. Training and support will be offered. Experience of MSP is advantageous but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling telephone/email queries from clients and suppliers
  • Maintain the supplier profitability matrix through invoice reconciliation
  • Supporting Purchase and Sales Ledgers
  • Manage and produce customer invoicing and statements
  • Requesting supplier statements
  • Process and manage Expenses
  • Process and reconcile Soldo (credit cards)
  • Continual review of processes and procedures with regards to invoicing
  • Support analysis of profitability of supplier accounts
  • General finance administration
  • Office stationery orders
  • Manage parking allocation for office

About you:

Experience:

  • Administration experience, ideally within a Finance or Sales/Account Management function
  • Demonstrable experience of process improvement
  • Invoice reconciliation
  • Experience of processing expenses would be advantageous
  • Experience of purchase ledger would be advantageous
  • Manging internal relationships
  • Experience with PSA/RMM tools such as Autotask would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of Microsoft cloud solutions including Office 365
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
