Job Title: Forklift Instructor
Location: Banbury, Oxford
Salary: Up to £30,000 per year (experience dependent)
Job type: Permanent, Full time.

JLD Driver Training is a family run business specialising in training for the logistics industry. We supply many courses for customers in and around Oxfordshire, Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Wiltshire.
Having had many years of experience within the logistics and training industry, we have built our business and reputation with our family values in mind, these being great communication, honesty, care and understanding.
Offering training from branches at Banbury and Abingdon to a customer base that stretches from private individuals and owner managed businesses to large corporations and public bodies we have constantly looked to improve our training and grow with an industry that is ever changing.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- RTITB Instructors/Examiners Qualification
- Must hold a counterbalance or Reach License
- Must hold a Car License
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Daily running of training and registration of candidates whilst developing the Job Role.
- Training candidates to either gain or refresh their forklift licenses.
- Working within a team effectively.
- Adapt training criteria to each individual customer.
- Reporting any defects to ensure vehicles are kept in good order.
- Excellent communication skills with a positive can do attitude.
- Training at JLD’s site.
- Training at a Customer’s site.
- Maintaining Forklift Trucks.
No experience required as full training will be given. You will be working towards the RTITB NRI qualification.
