Job Title: FP&A Manager

Salary: £65.000 – £75.000

Job Type: Fulltime/Permanent – 37.5 hours

FSB is one of the leading platform providers in the Sports Betting and iGaming sector.

Job Role:

The Finance Department is a key department in the business providing reports and information to the Operating Departments to help them maximise gross margin and providing reports to the Board and Investors.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this is a wide ranging and varied role where communication with all areas of the business is essential. The business looking to grow substantially in the coming years and analysis of the profitability and efficiency of delivery is core to the business’s success.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting and leading the annual planning round and subsequent forecasts.
  • Modelling and assessing potential clients and commercial agreements
  • Review Return on Investment calculations for delivery of new clients
  • Driving profitability analysis on a per client basis
  • Gain a deep understanding of the technology team and the drivers to delivering projects on a timely and efficient basis.
  • Responsible for the relevant analytical aspects of the management accounts
  • Perform financial analysis activities including but not limited to payment providers, casino providers and any other kind of ad-hoc reconciliations and analysis
  • Handling daily communications with clients, suppliers and payment providers
  • Improve processes and existing reporting tools within the department
  • Analyse all accounting records and ensure financial data is reliable and gives a true and fair view of the financial position
  • Provide support for the existing automated process and establish and investigate improvements to RPA systems.

Requirements:

Essential (must have) – Technical knowledge, skills and experience

  • Recently/ Soon to be qualification of a recognised Accountancy Professional Body
  • Technical understanding of Agile working practices and the financial analysis of that model.
  • Strong Excel, modelling and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to explain things clearly and concise (in all situations).
