Job Title: Fundraising Administrator

Location: Epsom, Surrey

Salary: £12,753 (£21,255 F.T.E) per annum

Job type: 22.5 hours per week. Part-time, permanent. Hybrid working.

We work with adults worried about their own sexual thoughts, feelings or behaviour towards children; adults worried about another adult or young person; young people themselves; and with protective adults and professionals.

About you:

Our ideal candidate will have administrative experience with excellent communication and organisational skills and a sound working knowledge of Microsoft packages. And you’ll be on board with our mission to prevent child sexual abuse through working with those who have committed it or who are at risk of doing so, plus the families and professionals around them.

About the role:

We are recruiting for a part time Fundraising Administrator to support our Fundraising Manager at our Surrey office to deliver our fundraising strategy and maximise opportunities to realise growth and achieve our targets. Key responsibilities include:

  • Support the Fundraising Manager by providing accurate administrative support.
  • Build strong relationships across the Foundation to generate maximum support for fundraising campaigns and events.
  • Ensure that all activity correctly reflects and promotes the Foundation brand, ethos, mission and values.
  • Support the Fundraising Manager with hitting income targets through the timely processing of donations and thank you letters and raising awareness of our campaigns and activities with visitors, staff and the general public.
  • Develop and maintain close working relationships with colleagues.
