Job Title: Gas Engineer
Location: South London
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 OTE £60K+ (Experience Dependant)
Job Type: Permanent, full time (37.5 hrs p/w)
Candidates must have the right to live and work in the UK.

The Company:
Bluebell Group are a leading London property maintenance contractor working in both residential and commercial buildings. We serve clients predominantly in South West and Central London, but do also undertake breakdowns and projects in other areas within the M25. From reactive to planned maintenance, fault diagnostics and installations we provide our clients with the complete service.
Our large client base consists of private homes, estate agents, landlords and businesses who need plumbing, gas and heating/boiler repairs, maintenance services, new installations and landlord certificates.
The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join a team and who is looking to further their career within the plumbing and heating industry. The role offers a great variety in works. Carrying out all aspects of residential heating, gas and plumbing works from changing taps to carrying out boiler replacements.
The Individual must be confident in speaking and dealing with clients, sourcing materials to complete jobs, be able to use a PDA system on a smart phone to complete job reports, have good communication skills to be able to liaise with the office regarding progress of works etc, be able to quote works.
Essential Requirements:
- Gas safe registered
- NVQ Plumbing/Heating Engineer level 3
- Must hold G3 unvented qualification
- Must have full clean UK driving licence and be confident driving through London to different work locations throughout the day.
Ideal Requirements:
- Minimum 3 Years experience delivering domestic gas services.
- Commercial plumbing and heating experience.
- Excellent customer skills.
- Experience in managing a diary and workload, using PDA system completing on site job reports, ordering materials, speaking to wholesalers etc.
- Experience in quoting jobs.
