Due to continued expansion, we are looking for 2 new to join us in sunny Shoreditch!
We’re not looking for candidates with much experience, just individuals looking to start their career in Sales and progress in a rapidly expanding company.
We like to keep the role simple for Juniors, it can be easily broken up in to two parts:
- Lead Generation and outreach: Graduates will be reaching out to potential Clients through various avenues, showcasing our various Advertising Packages and upselling on our Online software.
- Account Management! All of our staff have been trained to be the best in the Business for attentive problem solving for all of their clients. All of your clients should be receiving the best Customer Service, ensuring repeat business and more growth for Bluetown.
The Candidate:
- Confident IT skills
- Willingness to learn new skills and not be afraid of pushbacks over the phone
- A desire to work within a team driven environment in the heart of Shoreditch (we’re not a call centre or corporate environment) your personality is a big deal
- Be driven, highly ambitious and a desire to be the best
- Good negotiation, presentation and listening skills
- Extensive interpersonal skills with an entrepreneurial mind set
