Job Title: Housing Development Support Officer

Location: Lowestoft, Suffolk, United Kingdom

Salary: £22,571 – £24,920 per annum

Job Type: Permanent / Full Time (37 hours per week)

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the East Suffolk Council’s Housing Development team as a Support Officer.

About you:

  • You will provide support to the Housing Development Team to ensure the successful delivery the Council’s Affordable Housing Programme, carry out detailed research and data collection to inform and support the appraisal of potential development opportunities, and undertake general administrative duties to aid the team in meeting the housing delivery targets.
  • You should have excellent communication and organisational skills, the ability to compile and analyse statistical information, and experience of general office administration.
