Job Title: HR Administrator

Location: Standlake, Oxfordshire

Salary: £27,989 – £30,827 per annum

Job type: Permanent, Full time

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week

About the Role:

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be expected to develop productive working relationships with colleagues at every level of our organisation in order to provide an effective HR administration and support service throughout our Charity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the end-to-end on-boarding process for all new starters;
  • Undertaking all required checks on joiners and creating contracts, offer letters and Other paperwork for themes;
  • Participating in inductions for new joiners;
  • Taking ownership of the probation period process;
  • Providing guidance on HR policies and procedures;
  • Updating any employee changes including salary, leave, absence, and terms and Conditions of employment on our HR information and payroll systems;
  • Ensuring the accuracy of all HR documentation.

About you:

Previous experience of working in a HR administration role is required. It would be advantageous if you are familiar with Safer Recruitment standards as well as the maintenance of a Single Central Register although comprehensive training will be provided if necessary. An attention to detail and effective communications skills are key to the role as is a familiarity with the full Microsoft Office package.
