Job Title: HR Administrator

Location: Hartpury, Gloucester GL19 3BE

Salary: £24,900

Job type: Full-time, Permanent. 37.5 hours per week.

About the Role:

Working as part of a small team of HR Administrators, you will be responsible for providing a proactive, timely and comprehensive administration service to the HR team and Hartpury customers.

This is a wide and varied role, covering the full employee life cycle. Your duties will include administering the full recruitment process; using the HR system to maintain accurate employee records and playing an active role in HR projects.

About you:

  • GCSEs in English and Mathematics at Grade C or above (or equivalent) or equivalent experience
  • Proven IT skills including Office 365 (Word; Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Experience of working in a busy office environment, preferably within an HR function
  • Be able to demonstrate organisational skills, attention to detail, good communication skills and proactive approach to work
