We are currently looking for an Asset Apprentice to join our team in our Head Office in Exeter.

Main Responsibilities

As an HR & Business Support Apprentice your role will include:

  • Providing HR & Business Support administration, utilising various systems.
  • organising and recording Technical Training for our Employees and Customers
  • Managing our Head Office Reception Function, meeting & greeting visitors, answering telephone enquiries, controlling meeting room bookings
  • Purchasing of stationery, buffets, and office supplies

Who are we looking for?

As an apprentice, no specific experience will be required, however the following will be desirable:

  • Experience working within an administration role
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • The ability to plan, organise and prioritise job responsibilities
  • The ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Previous experience of building and developing strong customer relationships
  • Good working knowledge of MS Windows, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • You will need to be IT literate and able to use latest technology to keep accurate records.

You will be enlisted on the NVQ level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship and will be supported to complete this within 18 months of commencement.

You will need to have the following personal attributes:

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Take pride in your work and complete tasks to the highest standard
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • A positive and can-do attitude
  • Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the role
