Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £43,434 – £50,296 per annum – SS9.

Job type: Permanent, Full-time (will consider part-time applications for the right candidate)

Reporting to the Head of HR, the HR Business Partner will be a strategic individual focusing on casework, strategic resourcing, workforce planning, performance management and organisational change. Providing specialist advice, insights, coaching and facilitation, the HR Business Partner will be a trusted and “critical friend” to senior managers, to develop creative people related solutions which will enhance the University’s performance

The Role:

As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing HR leadership to dedicated executives, ensuring departmental engagement whilst supporting their plans on driving people objectives/agenda. You will be an integral member of the HR team, contributing to, and influencing the development of the business agenda and strategy, providing challenge and support, where necessary. You will work with the Head of department to enable the successful delivery of the people strategy.
