Job Title: Human Resources Officer

Location: Warlingham, Surrey

Salary: £29,291 – £31,810 per annum (FTE)

Job Type: Permanent – Full time. 36 hours per week – Term time + 3 weeks.

Closing Date: 10am on Monday 14th November 2022.

We have a vacancy within our small but ambitious Trust where you will be able to really make a difference by supporting our schools professionally with all aspects of people management.

The Role:

Currently this is a generalist role, offering considerable scope for development as our HR offer is continuously reviewed and we progress our service and systems to meet the challenges of HR in education. The opportunities are exciting and you will play a key role in shaping and championing excellent people management practice across the Trust. Based at our lovely central offices in Warlingham, you will be required to visit our schools and therefore use of a car is essential.
