Job Title: IFA Administrator

Salary: £22,000 – £26,000 DOE

Location: St Albans

Job Purpose:

  • To provide administrative support to Paraplanners & Financial Advisers within KDW
  • Main Activities:
  • Produce annual review packs and complete the annual review process
  • Maintain all necessary systems
  • Type letters and draft routine correspondence
  • Produce quotations on financial products for comparison
  • Processing of investment, pension, and protection business
  • Collate and upload all relevant correspondence to our True Potential back-office system to submit cases for compliance checking
  • To assist in producing accurate compliant client reports for Financial Advisers
  • To collect relevant data in order to complete the reports

Skills/competencies:

  • Highly organised
  • Good team worker
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiar with Word and Excel
  • Report writing skills
  • Able to exercise initiative

Qualifications:

  • Essential – Educated to GCE ‘A’ Level, GCSE English, GCSE Maths

Experience:

  • Two years office experience in a similar role/working environment

Candidates with the relevant experience or job titles of: Admin Assistant, Independent Financial Advisor Support, Office Administrator may also be considered for this role.
