What is an Implementation Project Manager
ORCHA exists to get safer technologies into the hands of patients and clinicians in order to improve lives. At the heart of everything we do is our public facing App libraries allowing patients to find apps, and professional facing Digital Health formularies allowing clinicians to prescribe safer technologies to patients. Everyday health apps covering a huge number of different health and care conditions are recommended using ORCHA ‘s technology platform.

This role is to work with our Customer Success Team and take the lead in implementation of the ORCHA’s technology within our UK Health Systems Strategic business unit. Reporting to the Vice President of Customer Success, you will play a pivotal role in the mobilisation of new client contracts by ensuring ORCHA’s technology is delivered on time.

Additionally, you will work closely with the product/ engineering team to monitor the status of all existing libraries and formularies to ensure they are functioning as desired. You will have the opportunity to work with colleagues to create a dashboard to monitor the status of all client facing technologies.
A typical day will involve leading on implementation for new clients, tracking the status of existing client sites, working with the Customer Success Managers to identify improvements and new features and communicating with the product and marketing teams. You will be helping shape the future of the product by communicating feature requests and raising and tracking engineering tickets.

What do you need to be successful for the role?

Take responsibility for mobilising the technical set-up and configuration ORCHA’s technology for the UK Health Systems strategic business unit. This is an exciting opportunity to work in fast paced and exciting environment, involving working across the commercial, Product/engineering, clinical and marketing teams, in a coordination role. You will:

  • A minimum of 2 years project management or project support experience
    Be responsible for leading the delivery of technical set-up and configuration of ORCHA’s technology as a key feature of ORCHA’s solutions
  • Work closely with Customer Success Managers to capture project requirements in SLA’s and deliver on project goals
  • Be responsible for tracking technical project deadlines and communicating project status to all levels of the organisation
  • Organise and chair project set up meetings, communicate minutes and actions and follow up on these
  • Work across the organisation with full transparency with all relevant external and internal stakeholders
  • Work closely with the product/engineering team and be the primary contact for maintenance and improvement of the technology
  • Maintain and analyse project information: milestones’ dates, resource workload, issues, risks and change requests, project documents, etc.
    Produce weekly and monthly reports, project metrics and dashboards
  • Collaboratively develop training material and support training on the use of the ORCHA Platform
