Job Title: Inclusion and Safeguarding Administrator

Location: Plumstead, South East

Salary: Scale 4 – £20,304 per annum

Job Type: 35 hours per week, 39 weeks per year – Full time/Term time only

Plumstead Manor is a thriving and popular secondary school located in the Royal Borough of Greenwich. There has been a school on our site since 1913, with the first 105 years as a girls’ school. In response to local demand we admitted our first mixed cohort in 2018 and will be fully co-educational by September 2022.

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced, computer literate administrator with excellent organisational skills to join our team. You will be responsible for the provision of high quality administration to the Inclusion, Safeguarding and Child Protection Teams. This will include taking accurate minutes of Safeguarding and Child Protection meetings and SEN reviews, maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity. You will also Lead on the organisation of access arrangements for SEND Students.

About you:

To be successful you will need to have:

  • Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative role.
  • Previous experience in a similar role in a school would be desirable.
