Job Title: Internal Sales Manager

Location: Fenstanton, Cambridgeshire

Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum

Job Type: Permanent, Full time

Working Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 5.00pm

Centrado is a progressive UK company that supplies materials to the picture framing industry. We supply all materials required for making a frame. We firmly believe in regular personal contact with our customers and offering a friendly, knowledgeable service to all Customers. We have grown through geographical expansion, competitive sourcing and increased product range and have just recently moved into larger, new purpose built premises located on The Lake Business Park, Fenstanton, Cambridgeshire PE28 9RB.

About the role:

We are recruiting for someone to take responsibility for managing the Customer Service team. The role will be internally based and primarily focused on the activities of the internal team but it is also important to understand and work closely with, the external sales team, to ensure all activities are aligned.

Key Duties:

  • Inspire and motivate to create an engaged and performance focused team
  • Develop Customer relationships
  • Weekly meetings with the Sales Director to analyse sales activities, team performance and overall sales performance
  • Dual visits with the external sales team to view their activities and build direct relationships with Customers (approximately 1 day per quarter)
  • Attend weekly team meetings with the external team (virtually) to review sales performance and share company updates
  • Attend monthly and quarterly sales meetings
  • Utilise the company DIFOT (Delivered In Full On Time) system to drive improvements
  • Oversee follow up actions following field visits by the external sales team
  • Manage outbound telephone sales campaigns
  • Performance manage your team using Company processes to meet measurements and review schedules

Key Requirements:

  • Self-motivator with a desire to succeed
  • Knowledge of data analysis and effective reporting

  • Effective judgement and decision-making
