Job Title: Internal Sales

Location: Woking, Surrey

Salary:  £30K – £45K OTE including commission

Snowbird Finance is a highly reputable leasing and asset finance broker providing equipment, vehicle and loan funding to the healthcare and paper professions.  We have been serving these industries for 15 years and in that time, we have built a reputation for delivering excellent service to our customers, suppliers and partners.

We are actively looking for a highly motivated, energetic, driven, dynamic and ambitious Internal Sales Representative to join our rapidly growing team in Weybridge, to help generate new sales leads, increase our existing sales pipeline and contribute to our ambitious growth objectives.

This is a full-time role, and the successful candidate will be office based and must demonstrate a can-do attitude. The ideal applicant should live within a 30-minute commute of Weybridge, Surrey.

The role:

In this role, you will be an integral part of the sales team providing structured finance solutions to our existing and new clients as well as building your own sales portfolio.

  • Explore and develop new business opportunities
  • Build a strong network of relationships, with customers, suppliers and lenders
  • Attend exhibitions, conferences and meetings to meet sales targets
  • Create customer-specific value propositions
  • Work collaboratively with suppliers to help build sales aid finance tools
  • Maintain accurate record of active sales, working to deliver existing pipeline and overseeing delivery of new sales leads generated
  • Regular review of sales performance and strategy in respect of targets
  • Provide consistent high quality of service to our customers and lenders

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven track record in internal sales within service related or similar industry
  • Ambitious, and driven
  • Customer focused with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • A fast learner with passion for sales and a positive attitude, able to work well in a team
  • Good time management
  • Desire to succeed and goal-orientated
