Salary: £27,929 – £31,411 per annum – SS4.

The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the International Team at University College Birmingham for an International Recruitment Officer. You will join a growing department as an integral part of the UCB International team focussing on developing recruitment partnership opportunities worldwide!
Reporting to the Regional Director, you will focus on increasing the number of international recruitment partnerships globally, playing an important role in the development and delivery of marketing and recruitment activity to address strategic objectives, and specifically, meet enrolment targets.
You will assist in the development of marketing and recruitment strategies for the market and conversion activity to achieve institutional recruitment targets and assist in raising the profile of UCB globally and in delivering wider internationalisation activity.
