About Pure Food
Pure Food is a food truck based in Waterlooville with a permanent pitch serving local businesses and the local community. Pure food also caters for local events and festivals. We are looking for kitchen staff to supplement our current team with work on a rota basis. There are currently two shifts patterns 10-2 and then 5-9 and the truck is open Tuesday till Sunday, closed on Mondays. Hours will include an extra hour per shift for cleaning. Weekend work is essential and again on a rota basis but expect two weekends a month

Requirements of Kitchen Staff
- Food hygiene cert beneficial
- Experience working in a commercial kitchen
- Can work on own initiative
- Driving License preferred
Responsibilities of the Kitchen Staff
- Food prep
- Preparation of drinks
- Working on platforms – Just Eat , Uber Eats, Deliveroo, App4 and Havant and Waterlooville Eats
