Job Title: Labourer / Assistant Store Person
Location: Gainsborough, Lincolnshire
Salary: Negotiable, dependent upon experience
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent (subject to a satisfactory 3 month probationary period)
The Company is one of the World’s leading suppliers of Filling, Sealing and Packing solutions for the food industry and they now have an exciting opportunity for someone with stores experience to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- To assist the store person in his/her duties as instructed by the store person
- To cover for the store person during holiday and absence
- Assisting with loading and unloading the transport as required
- Keeping the yard grounds clean and tidy
- Performing odd jobs in the factory and office as required
- Delivering and collecting goods
- Performing Health & Safety checks
- Follow instructions from Engineering Manager regarding other duties as deemed necessary
- Following the rules and regulations of the company as defined in the staff handbook
Primary Duties:
- GCSE certificates
- Microsoft office programs and computer literate
- Self-motivated and multi-tasking
- Strong and fit to carry heavy materials
- Safety awareness
- Clean Driving License and ability to drive a small Van
