Job Title: Learning Spaces Assistant
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £13,420 – £13,743 (Pro rata of £23,715 – £24,285) – SS2.
Job type: Permanent. 25 Hours per week, 38 weeks per year.

The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join UCB’s Learning Services department as a Learning Spaces Assistant. You will be joining at an exciting time in UCB’s development with a brand new accreditation agreement in place with the University of Warwick and will be helping to support FE students in resource spaces.
This role is based in the Thinkspace within the Summer Row building, but as resource spaces evolve there is potential for this role to be deployed elsewhere. In addition to the Summer Row Thinkspace, UCB currently has resource spaces within McIntyre House, Camden House and the Link campus buildings.
Candidate Requirements:
You will have experience of customer service, behaviour management skills, strong inter-personal and communication skills and a flexible approach to work. Further, you will assist students with basic research queries, IT problems and help them with printing and copying documents.
