Job Title: Logistics Administrator
Location: Cynwyd
Salary: £23,000 to £25,000

Summary:
The Role is an administrative role in a busy transport office working closely with drivers, management and the administrative team.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Support daily planning activity for a fleet of vehicles operating locally – including deliveries and collections.
- Co-ordination activities to include vehicle route planning and scheduling.
- Assisting in managing and de-briefing drivers.
- Co-ordinating with team to enable vehicle maintenance and service schedule for the contract vehicles.
- Working with a number of internal programmes to achieve effective operation of the business.
- You will also be required to work closely with our customers to ensure the smooth running of the operation as a whole.
- A range of associated administrative duties.
- Answering all queries via email, phone and face to face.
Academic/Knowledge Required:
- A good standard of general education, minimum GCSE English Language and Math’s grade C or above or equivalent.
- Full driving license & own vehicle

- We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated candidate, who is willing to learn and work as part of a team.
- Experience of working in a transport office would be favourable, have excellent attention to detail.
