Location: Field Based within the Bucks, Berkshire and Greater London Area

Salary: Competitive + Discretionary annual and long-term bonus schemes + Company Vehicle (for business use only)

As a Maintenance Operative you will ensure our properties are well presented and maintained by carrying out a range of maintenance work.

What you’ll be doing as Maintenance Operative:

Working as part of our small, friendly maintenance team you will be provided with a company vehicle (for business use) to visit our portfolio of properties carrying out reactive and planned preventive maintenance work:

  • Keep the external areas of our properties presentable with some landscaping, excavation, ground maintenance, land clearance, slabbing, minor concrete work and car park upkeep
  • Carry out a range of general maintenance works including painting, decorating, basic plumbing and building fabric maintenance
  • Take an organised approach to the jobs assigned to you, ensuring that any necessary materials / equipment is ready in advance of undertaking the work
  • Complete all relevant paperwork for the completion of jobs, including risk assessments
  • Ensure that all jobs are carried out to a high standard, within a reasonable timeframe to provide tenant satisfaction and excellent customer service
  • Take a proactive approach in identifying any additional work needed on our properties

About you:

  • Full, clean driving licence
  • Proven general maintenance “on the tools” experience
  • Ability to work independently
