Job Title: Managed Print Services Administrator

Location: Yiewsley, West London

Salary: Competitive

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

The Role

  • Co-ordinating MPS support functions with the client, with Dataquest and external agencies
  • Establishing and administering MPS related contracts including monthly contract invoicing
  • Preparing ad-hoc MPS invoices
  • Checking that financial documents are sent to leasing companies on completion of installations to ensure prompt payment for the equipment and or services provided.

Key Duties:

  • Arranging for purchase orders to be raised as requested by the project management team
  • Administering all aspects of client contracts and contractual changes including rebates, terminations, booking deliveries/relocations and installations
  • Raising management information and reporting for customers in conjunction with the client management team
  • Co-ordinating client billing and associated administration in a timely manner
  • Liaising with internal teams on billing and support queries
  • Coordinating with internal and external parties in respect of equipment installations and or ad-hoc equipment installs and external third-party portals
  • Creating and maintain Excel spreadsheets to analyse costs, revenues and providing reports both internally and externally which will include supporting the Sales team
  • Updating service and billing platforms with site, device and billing details
  • Assisting with monthly and quarterly billing runs

About you:

Essential Skills

  • Worked previously in an administrative role is essential
  • Demonstrate experience with client liaison
  • Experience of supporting internal teams and personnel to director level
  • Demonstrate sales support experience
  • Mid to high level MS-Excel knowledge
