LCCM is looking for a marketing executive to help build the reputation and success of leading London music degree school LCCM (London College of Contemporary Music). LCCM is the highest ranked provider of contemporary music performance and music business degrees in the UK by student satisfaction (NSS 2019 – 2022).

About LCCM:

We have a reputation for attracting, nurturing, and producing industry-ready talent. LCCM graduates are musicians, songwriters and producers working with the likes of George Ezra, Dua Lipa & Jordan Rakei; artists in their own right like Tom Walker, Rhys Lewis and composer Homay Schmitz or rising executives at leading music companies like Warner Chappell, Universal Music and Live Nation. LCCM’s state-of-the-art Music Box facility contains multiple top-end studio spaces, rehearsal rooms and a 120-cap venue in the basement hosting regular live shows and events.

About the role:

Based at the Music Box, you’ll be promoting LCCM’s education offering within the UK using a combination of digital and offline channels. You’ll be a critical player as part of the team creating, implementing, executing, and analysing a fully integrated marketing strategy, adding value and input to all marketing activities in order to maximise results and achieve ROI. Knowledge of and the ability to create engaging social media content on the fly would be a bonus.

Whilst we promote flexible working, you will need to have a “hands on” perspective, getting involved in LCCM life, attending gigs and events where reasonably required. You will be well-versed in current trends within the music world: the latest news and developments, social media trends, and a feel for the college’s target market. Working closely with the LCCM team and key stakeholders as well as the wider Global University Systems marketing/sales team, you’ll ensure that campaigns are optimised and completed on time, with a particular focus around social media activity to achieve set targets, prioritising workload effectively.
