Motonet is a Quality Used Car Dealership based in Coventry. We stock an extensive range of second hand cars featuring all makes and models and offer a wide range of services including Used Vehicle Sales, Insurance, Warranty, Finance, Part Exchange and Delivery.
The Role/Candidate:
Motonet are a used car sales dealership looking for a vibrant, energetic and enthusiastic person to join our team based in Coventry as a Vehicle Technician. This is an exciting and rewarding role in a family business in the motor trade. The business is expanding with an additional site coming on stream in 2022 making this a unique and exciting time to come on board.
Duties
The Vehicle Technician job role would include (but not be limited to):
- Servicing.
- General maintenance and repairs (e.g. suspension, steering, brakes, wheel bearings, driveshaft’s, exhausts, batteries, etc).
- Diagnostics.
- Cambelts,
- Clutches,
- Engine repairs,
- Electrical repairs,
- Completing Vehicle Health Checks etc.
Requirements
This role requires an individual with;
- A positive, professional attitude with a great work ethic
- Ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standard first time and ensuring customers receive an excellent customer service.
- Have a full, clean UK driving license.
Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided. Whether you work at an independent garage, fast fit centre, car supermarket or main dealer, we would be interested in talking to you. As long as you can demonstrate good technical knowledge and an ability to ensure all work is carried out to a high standard.
All candidates must be currently eligible to both live and work in the United Kingdom.
Candidates with the experience or relevant job titles of; Graduate Engineer, Graduate Training, Mechanical Engineering Graduate, Engineer Training, Junior Engineer, Graduate Opportunities, Interns and Grads, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer will also be considered for this role.
