About the Role

As part of our Member Support Team, you will answer telephone calls, reply to correspondence, and action customer requests. As we start our new chapter in a period of exciting growth, we want to raise the bar by delivering exceptional customer service, empowering our people to take ownership of our customers’ needs, with one touch delivery.

You will need to focus on our customer’s demands, demonstrate empathy, and identify the vulnerable, as the calls are often in relation to a member’s own health or that of a family member.

About You

  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with attention to detail
  • Team collaborator, comfortable working with others
  • Able to multitask whilst ensuring your quality of work is maintained to a high standard
  • Observe information to understand the various products we service
  • You must have the right to work in the UK

The Member Support Team operates between 8am and 6pm, shifts will be on a rota basis of – 8am to 4pm, 9am to 5pm and 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday (35 hour working week).

As a new member of the Member Support team, you will undergo a thorough company induction and product and systems training on all our health protection products, so whilst some experience is desirable, it’s not essential.
