CTC Express provides localised delivery services for national carriers and blue-chip companies including some of the world’s largest online retailers.

The Role:
Whether you have professional driving experience or not, if you would enjoy the freedom of working for yourself, yet want the stability of regular work, this is an opportunity to be part of our highly successful business. We will provide you with structured support that will enable you to maximise your earning potential as a Courier.
- Start your route from our Basildon depot, to cover an envelope parcel route in our geography, this work does not involve heavy or large parcels.
- Be provided with a pre-sorted route in tote boxes
- Be supported by a dedicated team who will assist with queries that might arise, enabling you to focus on deliveries and maximise your earnings
If you possess or can hire your own insured van to use that’s great. Alternatively, we have vans which are available to hire from us at a highly competitive rate subject to availability and should you meet the insurance criteria.
Full time shift patterns are usually available throughout the week including daytime shifts for Next Day Deliveries.
The Package – Multi Drop Van Driver/Courier:
- Professional driving experience is not essential as training will be provided
- Self-billing invoices, with weekly pay straight to your bank account within 7 days of invoice
- Day rate earning potential of up to £125.00
- Fuel contribution for your delivery route
- Refer a friend and earn scheme
Key Requirements:
- A valid UK/EU driving licence, held for a minimum of 2 years and with less than 6 points
- Either have access to or be prepared to hire a van with the correct insurances
- Happy for a Criminal Background Check and Drug and Alcohol test to be undertaken
- Able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK
- Own an android phone to access the workload mobile application
- Be reliable and customer focused
