Job Title: Multi Skilled Maintenance Operative (self-employed – wet trade based, tiling, plastering, rendering & bricklaying)

M&G Construction Ltd provides a professional building service throughout London and the home counties, we are a diverse organisation that has its own plant, workshops and labour. We undertake all aspects of construction from groundworks, drainage, foundations, concrete works, bricklaying, metal works, roofing, plastering, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, decoration and landscaping.

The Role:
We are looking for positive people with ‘can do’ attitudes to join our excellent team. We will provide training for all employees if required. Negotiable salary depending on experience. Immediate start.
The Candidate:
- Qualifications in at least one trade
- Excellent work ethic
- Works well in a team
- Has their own tools
- Has their own vehicle / driving license
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Responsible for your own health and safety and the safety of others as indicated in the company Health and Safety Policy. This will include complying with safe methods of work, use equipment safely, and contribute to risk assessments, use of PPE and reporting of incidents and accidents.
- Contribute to the development of a core range of materials, consumables and individual stocks to meet the demand of the responsive maintenance service.
- Provide a high level of customer service at all times, behaving in a respectful, courteous and polite manner to internal and external customers.
