Job Title: Multi-Skilled Technician/Carpenter

Salary: £28,000 to £30,000 Dependant on Experience

The Position:
Due to our growing business, we are looking to increase our team in the Southeast. We are looking to recruit a multi-skilled technician to work in West London and the Southeast area. There will be a need to travel throughout the region.
Applicants with joinery skills would be preferred but consideration will be given to applicants with other construction skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Damp and timber treatment – Dry Rot, Woodworm and Damp Proofing
- Waterproofing and 1st and 2nd fix joinery
- Some Plastering

A van will be supplied, and hours of work are 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday with occasional out of hours and weekend work, for which overtime is paid.
