Rollinson Property Services are an established refurbishment and maintenance company urgently seeking a new member of the team due to expansion. Our established team take pride in their work, they are enthusiastic, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous, with an approach which seeks to complete jobs to an exceptionally high standard. Our work includes kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, garage conversions, carpentry, plumbing, tiling, decorating, patios etc. in domestic properties.
The Position:
- Kitchen installations
- Bathroom installations
- Garage conversions
- Structural alterations
- Refurbishments (carpentry, plumbing, tiling, patios, decorating)
- Managing jobs
Key Responsibilities:
- Take pride in producing an exceptionally high standard of work
- Have a keen eye for detail and a positive attitude
- Should help us to achieve a first time fix approach, with snagging and call backs kept to an absolute minimum
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
The Candidate:
- Minimum 3 year’s experience in carpentry, plumbing and tiling
- Experience fitting kitchens and bathrooms
- Have the ability to organise and run jobs
- Customer focused, team player who ensures each project is completed as expected and on time
- Excellent communication skills with customers, team members and manager
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Strong organisational skills
- Problem solving abilities
- Good selection of own tools
- Structural work experience an advantage
- Have a full UK driver’s license
- Candidates within an easy commute of Abingdon will be prioritised
