Role

The New Client Enquiry Specialist is a critical role within our team focussed on delivering new business by converting warm leads.

Your goal is to simply provide an exceptional customer experience to warm, centrally generated, inbound leads to enable you to exceed your sales targets.

You will be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone, building relationships and helping individuals navigate the world of personal injury claims.

You will provide guidance and support throughout the initial claims process. We actively encourage you to take time on the phone with our potential clients. We really want them to feel cared for, understood and confident in Express by the end of your call.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Responding to enquiries: Answering incoming calls and calling enquiries arriving by email in a timely manner.
  • Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of client interactions to pass to our team of specialist solicitors.
  • Follow up: Following up with potential clients who expressed an interest but did not immediately sign up with Express.
  • Training & Self-Development: Participate in training programmes to stay updated and consistently develop your skills.

About You

  • At least 6 months experience in sales with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • A results-driven approach with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Commitment to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • The ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Computer literate.

Salary, Hours & Benefits

We believe in rewarding performance. We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary and a very generous commission structure to reward your achievements.

  • Remuneration of up to £24,000 and uncapped commission with on target earnings of £33,450, with top earners achieving £37,750.
  • Hybrid working – 3/2 alternative week working from home pattern shift after probation.

Working Days

This is a 37.5 per week hour contract. The hours will be fixed to Monday – Friday 8:30am-5pm during the training period.

Once you have completed your training the shift pattern works on a rotating weekly early and late shift. You will then work one weekend shift day every third weekend with a weekday off in lieu.

For example:

Week One- Monday – Friday 8:30am-5pm

Week Two – Monday – Thursday 12pm-8pm, Friday 11:30am-7.30pm

Week Three – 4 x Fixed weekdays 8:30am – 5pm, 1 x weekend day 10am-6pm.

Week Four – Monday – Thursday 12pm-8pm, Friday 11:30am-7.30pm

Week Five- Monday – Friday 8:30am-5pm

Week Six – 4 x Fixed weekdays 12pm-8pm, 1 x weekend day 10am-6pm.
