Job Title: Office Administrator

Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire, UK

Salary: £18,000 – £20,000 per annum

Job Type: Full time, Permanent

Based in central Bradford, we are a leading manufacturer of innovative own brand, products designed to challenge the market. With over 25 years in the business, we now have four dedicated office spaces including a production office in China and support in India.

Now, we are gearing up to shake the electronic and health, and beauty industries to their core with the introduction of two new brands and a multitude of different and exciting products, and that is just the beginning.

If you have…

  • Previous experience in an administrative role (preferably in a warehouse setting, not essential)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
  • The ability to self-manage and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional time-management skills
  • Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Experience processing quotations and Purchase Orders

A sneak peak of what your day might look like

  • Arranging shipments and customer collections with Warehouse staff
  • Track orders to ensure all deliveries are timely
  • Prepare any required shipping documents, including invoices, Purchase Orders, and bills of lading
  • Working closely with our Sales and Accounts teams for certification requirements
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintaining all office filing systems
  • Gathering prices and quotes for any office requirements
  • Taking control of all office needs, including stationary, confectionaries and toiletries
  • Investigating goods/received discrepancies and liaising with Accounts and our China office to resolve
