Job Title: Office and Facilities Assistant

Location: London

Salary: £23,000 – £25,000 per year depending on experience.

Job type: Full time. 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. Part time positions are available.

The Company:

PiP’s mission is to empower adults with learning disabilities to achieve their potential. We are a growing, grassroots charity based in West London, and run a number of key services to promote independence and choice for our service users.

The Candidate:

We are looking for passionate and effective team player with an eye for detail that can work closely with colleagues and PiP service users to affect real change in the lives of adults with learning disabilities.

The Role:

This is a varied and busy role thar provides support to staff members and volunteers to ensure that the maintenance of our building and administrative tasks are completed, and that the charity functions efficiently. The overall purpose of this role is:

  • To coordinate all aspects of everyday building maintenance.
  • To assist the finance and Facilities Manager to provide key support across all the back-office functions of PIP.
  • To support the implementation of internal operational processes, to strengthen more standardised and effective ways of working
