Job Title: Office Sales / Admin Assistant

Location: Kingsbury, London

Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 per year

Job type: Full-time, Permanent

Videk are looking for an office-based sales administrator to join our team. We are a company committed to delivering high quality solutions and providing our customers with a knowledge-backed, positive, customer service experience. As such, an essential part of this role is the ability to support this service, maintaining an organised and efficient office environment.

The Role:

As an Office Sales Administrator at Videk, you will be expected to:

  • Process customer orders.
  • Assist with general sales/administration duties.
  • Check internal documentation and paperwork.
  • Prepare company correspondence.
  • Provide Purchasing and Sales ledger support.

Of course, we recognise that on the job training won’t give you everything, so we offer a mentoring process, including one to one coaching from an experienced member of our team.

Candidate Requirements:

To flourish at Videk, we are looking for a self-motivated candidate who takes pride in their work and can demonstrate the ability to multitask and manage their time effectively.

The ideal candidate will be :

  • Organised, proactive and numerate with good IT skills
  • Have good written & verbal communication skills
  • Have the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Have strong customer service skills
  • Be self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Educated to GCSE level or higher in English & Maths with strong pass grades
  • 12 Months office experience is desirable but not essential
