Job Title: Outbound Telesales Manager

Location: Durham based.

Salary: Up to £25,000 plus quarterly Bonus

Job Type: Permanent – 37 Hours per week

We cater for all customer requirements, ranging from a single case online to full trailer loads to the NHS or other large organisations. The Position:

Due to continued rapid growth, we are looking to recruit a Sales Manager to support the Sales and Marketing Team. Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, you will assist in developing Sales in the current industries we serve which are Medical, Laboratories, Automotive, Food Manufacturing, Tattooists and Beauticians. This position is for a confident, self-motivated, and ambitious individual to work within a small friendly team based in Meadowfield, Durham. Training in all aspects of our business will be given on an ongoing basis. There is scope to progress within the business.

Sales

  • Maximising sales of our products and increasing market share of these products.
  • Developing and managing the sales portfolio and established key accounts, which involves account management as well as creating new business
  • Develop a Sales Pipeline of prospects and new customers across the industries we serve
  • Up-selling and identifying new business opportunities, ultimately looking to exceed area sales and gross profit targets
  • CRM Management – update and cleanse old data and keep the database current
  • Generate and process new sales leads as necessary

Skills and Experience required:

  • Minimum experience in a similar role: 2 Years
  • Continuously demonstrating strong 1:1 selling skills in accordance with the client’s expectations.
  • Commercially astute
  • B2B Sales experience essential
  • Tenacity
  • Eager to learn and advance your career
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Knowledge of CRM Systems
  • Good punctuality and attendance
  • Must be adaptable, conscientious, and enthusiastic
  • Professional and friendly attitude to customers, suppliers, and staff
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage and prioritise your own workload
