The Role:

We are currently looking for a Partnerships Manager to join our collaborative and welcoming Clear Voice team, on a Permanent Contract.

The successful candidate will be target driven and an excellent problem solver, have demonstrable experience in partnerships and building successful relationships with a variety of stakeholders, and be passionate about providing our customers with the best service and care.

The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic partnerships plan and developing long lasting collaborative relationships. You will manage and support existing Partnerships and work collaboratively with Marketing team to develop and execute successful campaigns. ​The successful candidate will seek out new opportunities for growth or partnership working. ​This role will manage and maintain partnerships with corporates, social enterprises, and charitable sector, working with these partners to develop opportunities and projects that further the ethical work of Clear Voice. ​

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key stakeholders
  • Contribute towards the overall KPIs of the team
  • Prospecting Leads through research
  • Identify opportunities by networking driving referral activity thinking through and developing lead
  • Seek out opportunities for collaboration and partnership working, including development of new projects and or research pieces
  • Contribute to marketing materials, social media and website content, and assist with producing regular partnership communications that are timely and engaging
  • Continually provide excellent customer service and relationship building skills in all interactions
  • Develop and deliver key projects that meet the ethical values of the business and offer the organisation opportunities for business growth and interpreter training
  • Monitor and report on the outcomes of projects and embed into business as usual if successful
  • Work with the Head of Sales and Partnership to build on existing partnerships and identify new opportunities for partnership working that will contribute to the organisation’s aims and objectives
  • Assist with the planning of events and exhibitions to promote Clear Voice
  • Maintain the CRM database ensuring partnership information is relevant and up to date
  • Monitor the activities of our membership bodies and sector associations to share content and opportunities with the team
  • Demonstrate our business values of being ethical, transparent and reliable at all times
  • Build intelligence to support the sector
  • Any other duties required by the Head of Sales and Partnerships

  • ​Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Demonstrable ability to use initiative and work with minimal instruction

What else to expect:

  • Our Clear Voice department is open Monday to Friday; you will work hours between 8am and 5.30​pm
  • ​This is a home-based role, but there may be a need to attend the office in Dover on occasion or travel for meetings
