Purpose of the Role:

To support the creative partnerships team through driving new sales opportunities and day to day reporting/administrative tasks. This will include managing key sales systems (pipedrive) and processes plus supporting pitches and strategic sales initiatives amongst existing and new client opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As key member of the creative partnerships team, you will be responsible for driving growth across existing and new clients of the agency
  • You are expected to maintain and build the sales database (Pipedrive) and contact strategy on behalf of the Sales Team on an ongoing basis
  • You’ll be working across the entire sales cycle, from prospecting new leads through to working alongside our production team on confirmed projects to ensure a smooth client experience working with the Department
  • Working closely with the Creative Partnerships and Partnerships Director, you’ll be responsible for contributing to one or more pitches at any one time, depending on scale and complexity, alongside day to day sales related responsibilities
  • You’ll also contribute to the sales and marketing strategy including:

o Sending regular outreach emails to cold contacts

o Following up on engaged contacts with personalised emails and phone calls

o Booking in meetings with prospects

  • Developing and reworking content for our monthly newsletter subscribers
  • Researching ideas for how we can maintain an ‘Always On’ approach to our Pipedrive contact database
  • Sales/marketing reporting – pipedrive/mailchimp/newsletter/social channels
  • Sales/marketing support – helping to organise client events/Founder speaking engagements
