We are a successful electrical testing and calibration company (21 years) working for a broad range of commercial and industrial clients and we are looking to recruit another PAT tester into our team. Key Responsibilities:
The role will involve driving to sites and offices around the country diligently PAT testing and maintaining a high standard of customer service. This may also include assisting electrical and fire alarm engineers as and when required.
- Operate PAT Test instruments and test appliances to assess the safety of appliances.
- Test electrical appliances to ensure they meet safety standards.
- Meter testing.
- Testing of electrical equipment.
- Follow detailed written procedures when testing appliances.
- Respond appropriately to customer concerns when they arise.
The position involves pre-booked overnight stays in hotels booked and paid for by us prior to your arrival. A meal allowance is also included for your nights out.
Required Qualifications:
- C&G 2377 (or equivalent) or at least 6 months experience.
- Full driving licence (clean)
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, PDFs)
- Salary is negotiable but competitive
- Any other electrical knowledge or experience would be an advantageous.
