Job Title: Production Foreman – Night Shift

Job type: Permanent/Full time – 4 X 12 hr shifts – paid hour lunch
This is a permanent night shift role and only people with plastics experience need apply.

The Role
The Candidate:
- The candidate will also have man management skills and experience over a small but continuous production system
- Plastics/extrusion experience is essential
- Fork truck experience also preferred but again not essential if right candidate.
- Fit and healthy individuals as heavy lifting is required.
- Must have previous machine operating experience.
Day Duties:
- The night shift foreman’s job will entail, after the initial training period, will be to start the relevant machinery for the correct running conditions and material types
- Subject to experience the foreman would also be expected to load and run the same machinery as this job is very much a “hands On” type position.
- Duties will also include shredding granulating and re-compounding.
- Carry out machine operation functions as per job instructions
- Work as part of a team
- Maintain clean work space and environment
