The Role
We are looking for an experienced Production Operative to join us on a permanent, full-time basis. The role is to assist in delivering the high output of products and ensuring production plans are met.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensuring that the machinery is clean and fit for operation at all times
- Ensuring goods are to the highest of standards during the production line
- Packaging and labelling of goods
- Blending & filling of products within production plan timescale
- Demonstrating a determined approach to meet deadlines and quality
- To adhere to quality control standards and procedures at all time
The Ideal Candidate
- Machine operation experience (Essential)
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with the ability to work on your own
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible approach to duties and tasks with attention to detail
- An understanding of health & safety requirements
- A valid counterbalance/reach forklift truck licence (desirable)
- Previous experience within a production facility
