Salary: £45,406 – £50,808 per annum

The Council’s Proud Programme team are looking for a talented and tenacious individual who can deliver change in line with the council’s transformation programme.

The Role:

As a Programme Manager within the Proud Programme Team, the post holder will:

• Provide programme and project management leadership, expertise and appropriate governance to support the delivery of the Proud programme benefits
• Work closely with senior managers and directors alongside project management teams
• Manage multidisciplinary teams of technical staff, subject matter experts, suppliers and project resources
• Be responsible for programme documentation, reporting, blueprints, business cases and programme plans to support delivery of complex projects and programmes
• Apply appropriate change procedures including Systems Thinking Methodologies, Managing Successful Programmes, Management of Risk, Prince2 and Agile Project Management where appropriate

The Candidates:

You must have strong business planning skills along with the ability and experience to lead the development and delivery of digital programme of change programmes.

To apply you must hold an industry standard qualification in programme or project management and be educated to degree level (or clearly demonstrate significant professional experience).
